I am from germany and started building rovs about 3 years ago. This year a friend and I had our first professional rov mission for a german television broadcaster. We filmed Molas on island Elba in Italy. We have our own german rov forum http://www.rov-forum.de.
I hope to get some interesting information here and maybe I can help you solving some problems. And I know: There are problems!
