This is a exercise in teaching my son about engineering, etc. I am planning a small form factor ROV, 3 motor only(bilge pump carts), cheap single camera, battery on board, cat5 tether. I will be using control voltage from a battery pack on the controller to fire relays on the ROV for simple on/off motor control.
