Hi, i would know how to link this ESC up with the motor.
ESC: http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/stor ... verse.html
Motor: http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/stor ... duct=12922
The ESC had 3 of the same coloured wire, i don't know which goes to which.
Please help, thanks.

Re: ESC wiring question
Ngkb,
Great combo! I think you will be happy with this config!
I am using the same motors, and I believe Bikerbones is using that ESC.
For the connection, you really can't mess it up!
If you can match the 3 colors, perfect! Worst case if you don't is the motor rotates the other direction!
How do you plan on driving the ESC?

Re: ESC wiring question
You see, the ESC i wanted had the A,B,C wire coming out, all in black colour. But the motor had 3 different wires, thus i am confused. This is the first time i am working on a ROV. My ROV is simple, i only want it to move underwater and have a live feed on what is going on.
Right now, the controlling of the ROV will be by means of a joy stick, or say a PS2 controller. But we have no idea on programming thus I am learning it from scratch right now.

Re: ESC wiring question
Oh ya, my ESC will be connected to the Arduino UNO. But I have little idea on how to move on from there.

Re: ESC wiring question
If motor rotates the wrong way just swap any 2 of the 3 wires
