Hi everyone
Let me tell you a bit about my self. My wife and I enjoy boating. We have a Fourwinns 298 vista and love to travel to various surrounding lakes via the Trent waterways, often with other family as my brother, sister and parents all have boats. Three weeks ago we did some boating to a local park on a river and stayed a few nights. While we were there, I brought out an old small security camera that I makeshifted onto a "fish cam" and had a blast throwing it in to the river and seeing all sorts of stuff. At one point a fisherman came over to talk to us about how a fish just dragged in his pole and if we happen to see one, it's his. I spent all night throwing out my camera with 60' of line to see if I could spot the rod, and at one point I'm sure I did but there was nothing I could do to retrieve it. The next day while I was at work and thinking about how much fun I had with the camera, it hit me....Ill try to make an ROV! I began my quest which brought me to this site (a great site btw Steve), and less than two weeks in and I'm nearly done my ROV. I just finished my first bathtub test and everything appears to be working well. I will post pics and videos to the various parts of the forum, so let me know what you all think.
