Hi anyone in Cheshire up for comparing notes or going on a dive would be great to meet up im i n Macclesfield

I was actually thinking of trying to organize a UK meet up at some point for just this reason! Share notes, building ideas, and maybe even get a few dives in! I am also a Scuba Diver, and was thinking of calling around to some of the inland diving sites to find a place that would let us try out any ROVs that are water ready!
I was thinking the NADC in Chepstow would be a good location, as the depth right off the end of the dock is 30m plus, and there are a few Obstacles that can be examined! Chepstow also has a few cabins that can be rented out for lodging / working! There is also a chance of possibly renting a boat to get out to other locations in the quarry... The down fall would be the lack of AC power on the dock and the trek to get any gear to the water... It is just a working idea at the moment...
Is there any other interest out there is something like this?
