mounting outrunner motors

hi i am after some tips on how best to mount out runner motors in a 75mm tube. i see a few people here are using them so must have solved the problem.
also i am trying to decide on battery's so any advice would be appreciated.
lastly i am looking for an R/C transmitter to use to control the ROV , I have to keep costs down so looking for a cheap 6 channel one that has the dsc socket to use trough the tether
