Bilge Pump Motors VS Props

I would put the fuse at the power source and then on any sensitive electronics. It's also not a good idea to put a fuse on a ground lead, that can be dangerous. I'd also wouldn't be surprised if your bilge pumps draw more than what they're rated for. Remember you replaced the centrifugal spin wheel with a prop, so there's a lot more load on that motor now than what the manufacturer designed it for.

the 2.5a rating was for the bilge pump. with a prop on it will draw a lot more. I have a 15a fuse for 3 thrusters. they peak about 12a when running.

definately put the fuse on the positive wire as close to the power source as possible.
