Something new to spend my money on

Well here I go, don't really know where to start except for the fact that I think that it is time to sit down and build an rov. I have been thinking of this for many years now. I'm looking to build something that can handle 500 ft. and has the capability to take on water for balast and be able to blow its tanks to surface. I plan to have at least two cameras. And lighting of course. I want this to be mostly a reasurch rov. And as of right now since I'm just setting up another shop I'm looking at another few months untill I can really get this underway. As they say it all takes money, and it looks as though I'm going to spend a bit.
That's about it for now, I will be looking through this forum as I have already found some good info here.
