I was in the deep submergence program when I was in the navy. I was stationed in San Diego at Deep Submergence unit. I was attached to DSV-3 Turtle and worked on the complete overhaul of it in 1993.
I have seen the directions you have taken with the ROV's and it makes me happy. Civilian exploration of the deep is the key for finding more about them.

I hope My knowledge of pressure issues and the electronic assemblies associated with a Pressure compensation environment will be of great help. 8-)
