Thanks, I have removed the float from beneath the rear thrusters, if needs be I can always add more to the top to compensate!
My main concern now, as pointed out is the amp draw from the thrusters but until my multimeter arrives from Amazon I can't do much to those as of yet but I almost certainly shall want to cut down from an 80mm 8 blade fan to something smaller.

I am planning on using two 6V 4 Amp hour batteries which should give me 12V 8 Amp hours? So theoretically if everything added up to 8 Amps I would get one hours worth of operation.
Hopefully, I can get between 30 minutes to 45 minute operation time (10 to 12 Amps?)

If you wire them in series, you will have 12 volts and 4 amp hours, whereas if you wire them in parallel, you will have 6 volts and 8 amp hours. What kind of batteries are they?

Oh will I?
Probably should revise my physics then
I shall connect them in parallel then to get the maximum Amp Hours.

Not sure how suitable they are, they seem rather cheap for what they are but providing they are suitable they look like a nice and cheap solution.

Unfortunately, I don't have much experience with batteries like this - I use a car battery that I haven't had to recharge since last fall . Maybe someone who runs on board batteries will chime in, as they will probably have a little more knowledge on how to properly size batteries. That looks like a nice rechargeable battery system in any case - affordable too!

Hopefully these batteries shall handle well, since my ROV is small and is mainly open framed I shouldn't need too much power.
Equally, I may change my motors to some small model car style motors instead of bilge pumps to reduce the power consumption. Something similar to Steve's Mabuchi fishing bobber motors (http://www.homebuiltrovs.com/mule.html) should do.
