What type of tether do I need to run a camera off of? It needs to be cheap, thin and light as where I would use this ROV is in rivers

CAT5 is cheap and a lot of IT departments have old CAT5 they have pulled laying around and will give it away for free. I got 100ft of CAT5 from my it department.
