Homebuilt ROVs Forum

Hi folks,

Just joined here as a total newbie to the world of ROVs. My interest is freediving for scallops and I would like to construct a simple, low cost ROV for surveying some potential fishing grounds, without me getting cold and wet I apologise in advance that I will be asking an awful lot of questions, as I havn't a scoobie. This looks like the best place to learn the trade so to speak.
