We're (if you're wondering who "we" are, look on our intro) sopposed to build an rov that can repair a pipe and cap an oil pump. Any suggestions?

What's wrong with the pipe?

It's burst and leaking.

That's a very broad question.... What are your requirements? Depth, payload capacity, ect. Is this simulated pipe repair (i.e. competition) or real life kind of situation?
