magnetic coupler thruster

hi i just thought I'd show what I've been working on for upgrades to an unfinished ROV i started last winter. i found some designs from mag coupled thrusters and really liked the idea. i just finished it tonight still needs some tweaking any advice would be appreciated.

Nice job!!!
Did you test it?I tried same aproach and I face Eddy current effect problem with aluminium wall between magnets and I had to replace it with derlin plate.

I didn't test it yet the wet side coupler needs something to ride on on the face. I didn't think about eddy currents do you have a good delrin supplier for 2" round stock

When I test it I notice that after a minute motor lost a lot of its efficiency and I change my design to this

I have a good supplier for derlin rod but he is in Europe!
