After almost a year I found some free time to spend with my rov project.
My target is to reach safely 120 meters( too ambitious

) .Me and my diving buddies are searching for aviation wrecks so it's going to be a really helpful tool.
It will use three T100 thrusters one for up and down and two for forward reverse controlled with rov-control board.
The design is inspired from subsea-tech mini rov

The hull is made from aluminium tube 6061 T6 with 4 mm wall thickness after working with lathe for hours

And these are the hull parts ready for welding

And the endcaps are finished too

I made a wooden support frame for all pieces to stay aligned for welding and protect the oring grooves with tape

Next thing is to pressure test weddings and check for any leaks.
I assembled endcaps and fit them to the main hull and fill the hull with compressed air up to 5bar
