ROV Teaming

Hello People!
I'm a Norwegian making an Hobby ROV and have gotten pretty far in planning. I got one problem, i cant make decisions! I got lots of ideas and stuff. I would like to find someone to "team up with" where we could pretty much make the "same" ROV.
I'm using the T100 Thrusters from BlueRobotics so its mostly programming, sensors, software, hull design e.t.c.!
would love to find someone who knows a little of arduino, programming ,sensors e.t.c. To see where I've come check out my "blog"
