Why does not communicate with Arduino ps2 controller. This is what it says the serial

Try lowering your baud rate.. I know at fast speeds with serial there tends to be problems like getting gibberish like you have there.

I have to change the baud rate, but does not work. I based my whole project on this electronic architecture Rayan and if I can not make it work will be a tragedy.
I hope that someone who has had the same problem help me.
