One thing worth noting: they cut out if voltage drops below about 11.5 volts, meaning you may have to power the board separate from the thrusters. I'm using a 15AH lead acid battery and it cuts out trying to drive 2 thrusters at full speed.
Other than that, it should work well for controlling thrusters.
