my dad just saw the receipts about the order, makes some strange noises and looks beside a bit grumpy...... 150m singlemode with supportwire in the sheet.. instead of 33 Thaibaht 77 THB the meter.. and I needed 2 converter 4900 THB.. Furhter i was straying in the inner market (KhongThong plaza), looks a bit crowded and little dodgy but you get there everything. So my carry was a load and well, dad's pocket shrinking...
6 ea 1800Kv 600W/80A and suitable speed controllers ruff 500$
2 A/D boards each 16 channel and memory slot...
6 relay boads each 4 spst relays
2 dc/dc converter 5V for the boards..... ruff 100$ all...
some tailormade gaskets did approve a an oop.. (lucky, dads measuring eye) 10$
and then the best hit. 7 brandnew relays (stolen in china sold in bangkok...) with thai record breaking 12V/80A for just under a10er
BUT:

: with what kind of program can I feed that board, I have a 12 cannel joystick Logotech and a num.. board, want to feed that to my laptop, then in the FO-A converter through a 150m Sm 28/fiber optic into another FOA serial port converter to an IO board to command the relays and feed the screen, control pan and tilt cam and laters a manipulator

I am close to publish some picts.. My biggest shot was a next block seddled Stainless Fence builder.. I asked him if he could make me some flanges. After 2 week he brought me some flange caps with drills and plexi fitted in... loooovely
ok lads, now to the motor housing with rare earth magnets drive, so no shaft through the housings... first challenge (beside dad's wallet,,, but it will give me a job so he will finally accept that a good pice of equipment is costy... but by now he likes my budgetgrinder)

BUT how to get that all to communicate and make these boards alive... What Program?

I am not a computer freak, i love the practical sparky things... any suggestions?
Thankful
Mareike
