Poseidon - ROV Project
I am currently working on Poseidon, which you may know as being the Greek God of water, and which is the name of my ROV (fourth attempt). I just wanted to list the specifications and the plan to see what you lot think of the idea, and hopefully help me pick out any potential issues. The ROV shall be...

Re: A little about myselves :)
Welcome to the forum, I am a recently returning user but excited to get back into the hobby.
I hope that you find the community very helpful as I have found in the past, and I am looking forward to seeing your plans and/or completed ROV.
Good luck!

Re: budget camera and LED lighting, check this out
They look rather handy, I prefer the second RCA spy camera partly because I don't think you shall get very far over a USB cable. I am looking into using a bird box camera, similar to the second one: http://www.amazon.co.uk/HEDGEHOG-CAMERA-KIT-INCLUDES-CABLE/dp/B0046HHRZO/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1...

And I Return - Back Into the Hobby
Hello, After 'rage quitting' due to many failed attempts I have returned with a plan and a lot more maturity. I am looking forward to working with the rest of you guys and gals, who previously made me feel most welcome and I hope the same can be said for this time around. This time around, I shall b...

Time For Me To Say Good-Bye
I am unfortunately going to stop building my ROV (SeaHorse) due to the increased cost from shipping and due to the trembling flow of supplies that are essential but which I cannot get on this tiny island which I live on. I have posted this in this section of the forum as it seemed fitting, consideri...

Re: Computer Fans
Thanks, that would be brilliant! I have found a large, 120mm sleeve bearing fan, which runs on 12V and draws only 0.22 Amps in air. It is made glass reinforced and has a very good life span (obviously in a computer and underwater I would expect failure a lot sooner). http://www.rapidonline.com/produ...
