Re: Poseidon Mk II
Thanks for the reply Tal, have you budgeted for a breakout box to allow the video capture Some of the stuff posted I already have, mainly the cabling which I kept from my previous projects, including the 30m stretch of RCA. Within my box of supplies, unfortunately smaller than when it started due to...

Re: Poseidon Mk II

The only issue I can see is water resistance but e...

Re: Poseidon Mk II
Yep, I thought it would be best to follow a similar design as I know this one almost worked, and I can simply correct the problems I had before I begin the build. The software I used to make the drawings is Trimble Sketchup (formerly known as Google Sketchup), although my CAD skills aren't the best....

Re: Poseidon Mk II
Thanks for the support Tal, Unfortunately my previous designs failed, mainly due to a lack of supplies and a dwindling budget. Living on a tiny island, I can only source parts from mainland England which makes it very expensive to buy, and to ship. As a result of this, unfortunately parts which I wo...

Relay Amperage
I am in the process of designing my control system, comprising of 6 DPDT relays and some spring loaded flip switches. The motors which I am using are expected to draw about 10 Amps underwater, does that mean I need relays which are rated for more than 10A or are the motors draw not going through the...

Welcome to the forum,
I'm not from Finland but I've been there... not really sure you can count it as the same thing?
