Re: 3 Camera System Test

After further review (night time use) I can safely say cam 1 is the clear winner!
Much less noise and a sharper picture in low light! Will work on trying to get some samples posted so you can be your own judge...

Re: Hello, newbie intro and build progress

Great looking Build! Did you have access to a CNC table or system to cut the plastic for the frame? Like the use of the BlueRobotics Thrusters! Which ESC did you go with? (Theirs? Third party?) And one more question... just out of curiocity... I see you have your rear thrusters positioned at an angl...

Re: KR2 ROV

Today I did some more trial and error testing to find out the best way to attach my ping pong balls to the tether... and I think I have a final plan. Here were the two version I tried. ROV ball attach.JPG Option 1 used small zip ties and the polyester sleeving. Option 2 used heat shrink and the poly...

Re: KR2 ROV

11.8 ping pong balls Hey Rover3D, Not sure 11.8 was based on the right figures! I dug out my old SCUBA diving Manuals and found some better math to work with... I updated the post above and i think these numbers seem more accurate. As for the performance of the ping pong balls... i hope to run some...
