just try that,but no connection. I think for my build, i will be fine with the 6 channel JR radio.

When you plug in the DSC on spektrum it puts the Rx into bind mode, but my JR fm radio works great down 200ft of cat5 on one twisted pair. I think next weekend ill see how far it will go,3,4,500ft. I would like to know .

I have found out that the direct servo control (DSC) does not work on Spektrum 2.4GHz rc radios, it is labeled DSC, but only functions as a trainer connection to another radio. MY local hobby shop called Horizon Hobbies they told them it is mislabeled, its a trainer port only. My JR radio with fm tr...

I will need at least tilt to see the bottom, my ROV will run only horizontal. I think pan would be nice to hold camera on target in conjunction with thrusters in any small current.

The ESC's will plug into any Rx channel.my setup is right stick up =port and starboard thrusters forward, right stick down= port/starboard thrusters reverse. right stick to the right= port thruster forward/starboard thruster reverse. right stick to the left= port thruster reverse/starboard thruster ...

so far right now thinking 3channels with ESC, up/down, left/right, forward/reverse, 2channels for pan/tilt,camera servo's. think i will go with this ESC FR30HX Microprocessor Speed Controller, to reduce any video noise,will see. http://www.electronize.co.uk/model_elec ... frames.htm

it is plug and play, the dsc cord that comes with the radio plugs into the charging line at the on/off switch of the Rx, and the dsc port on the back of the radio, I just put a male/female 3.5mm plug/jack on each end of the cat5 cable. to make a 200ft extension cord out of one twisted pair. this is ...
