to replace the buzzer I would recommend the use of a microcontroller, such as an arduino. See how many volts are coming from the positive wire that would normally go to the buzzer. If its less than like 5 volts you should be fine. If its more get a 5v regulator. Share the negative (ground) with the ...

Anyone have experience with vacuum forming?
After a considerable fault in my first ROV, I went back to the drawing board. Anyone have experience vacuum forming a ROV part, and if so, how did it hold up?

Computer fan blades might draw quite a few amps. I find RC boat props work best.

I don't think your ballast tanks will hold up to 100'. You can use Mcmaster Carr to order any part/material imaginable. mcmaster.com
