Question about motors

Hi all.
1.Has anyone had experience with motor vehicle heating stoves as a motor for the propeller?
I plan to use them in fresh water.
My ROV Case of 110 mm plastic tubes and quite displacement for heavy batteries and motors.

Engine options: Brush, 12V, 6.5 A, 40W,RPM 3000 per minute,weight: 1.3 kg

they are heavy, but I do not care any will be used to power a couple of ups batteries, so that weight I and Be engines much.
If such a motor is not good, then I will reduce the size of rov for using small brushless motor.


I do not know how to experience with brushless motors from RC model, they are much better? an example of such
