What thickness PVC is best?
I have around 15 ft of half inch pvc and would it be fine for a frame? I am planning on using three motors for thrust, and adding a camera (obviously) and some sort of deterrence device to keep dangerous or curious animals/people away from the Rov (unless they arent doing damage to it or doing something that could unintentionally damage it) so I don't need too much support and the depth is going to be less than 100 ft most likely normal dives would be around 20 to 30 ft in depth. Thanx!

10 meters pressure 2 atmosphere at 50 meters 6 bar, 100 meters 11 atmospheres.
Based on the thickness of the material that is chosen for the housing.
I use a translator to talk.

Half inch PVC is fine for a frame, it will provide enough support and you really don't have to worry about the pressure when it comes to the frame.

Erm...... try 1 bar or 14.2 psi for every 10m down.
