Best way to mount an acrylic dome or clear PC sheet to hull?

I'm kinda new to the scene here. And I was just wondering, what's the best method to mount an acrylic dome or clear polycarbonate sheet cut out to my hull?

This is what worked for me. I drilled holes in the flange of my dome. I then drilled and tapped the face of the ROV flange. Applied 3M 5200 marine adhesive to the entire surface and using stainless steel bolts secured the dome to the hull.
