I found this forum and found out that there is no customizable software for controlling rovs. I programmed a ROV-Control Software for a german ROV-Forum http://www.rov-forum.de. May be interesting for this forum. The Software is also available in english. Sorry for the german Website: http://www.rov-control.de

Yes it os written in .NET. You need the Framework 3.5
