Nothing Beats A Drill and a Saw

I am very limited on the sorts of electric hand tools I have, or have access to.
By this I mean, I can only get hold of a drill and a saw but these are probably the most essential things in your tool kit arsenal for building an ROV.
A Drill/Dremel - You shall always have to drill a hole into something or secure a screw tightly, whether it be a wire exit hole or something a lot bigger... this is an invaluable piece of equipement.
Saw - If you are building an ROV then this is also essential, a good PVC pipe cutter or saw shall be required to cut your pipe sections to length!
That is about all I have to use, apart from the trusty pen knife and providing you make careful plans you should theoretically get a working ROV by the end of it.
