You're in very good company.

It's a very concise package; nothing hanging out to damage or get caught up in debris and plants. :)

Do you have any more specifics? You could go with an RC Transmitter, Microcontroller, one of those relay boards, Ethernet, etc. Do you want to have a computer topside? Or just electronics?

Good question

I hoped that I could use a PS2 controller to control the cameras and ROV.
I will have a computer topside, but It doesnt need to control the ROV.

I have looked on some boards but doesnt know what I need.
