I have used 4" PVC piping for the main housing and ballast housing and 4" union for the connections.
I ordered the dome from UK. I can not remember the company name. Its a 3mm acrylic dome.

I transfer the signal by using video balun system like this one:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/2x-Coax-CAT5-Ca ... 3f2aa5f748 Video signal is wired up to the surface box real time. I can either connect it to the screen in the surface box or to a computer. Recording have been done by the computer.
