Batteries venting & Waterproof Hull

I will use gel batteries and for the safety I have connected all tanks (motor housings, Controller tank, lights) just all hermetic boxes with hoses together (where the cables are going through), so i have more volume and beside also a cooling circulation for the motors (even brush less need not much cooling coz they ain't getting that hot) but Lipos are the best way followed by gel batteries. Just look that it says they can be installed in all positions then you are on the safe side.

Doesn't your pressure cooker have an overpressure blow-off valve on it already? If not you could install one where the pressure gauge was if you remove it. Not doing much good outside your hull anyway.

Hydrogen gas has a LEL at 4% and UEL at 70% airmix. So you will have an explosive mixture of hydrogen and air very quickly. The pressure will probably not rise so much as it needs to give a signal on the pressure switch. So i would forget the lead acid battery and go for a more safe alternative. I use LiPO.
