1.i warped the motors in E tape.
2. sealed the motors off with 5200 Marine Adhesive
3. for the rest of the housing i filled with marine grease
4. Then assembled the motor housing add 3 coats of plasti dip.

Is submersible proof with i left it in my tub for a day with no ill effects but i have no idea when it will fail

the waterproof boxes are from otterbox they say they will work up to 100ft

WOW :shock: That looks awesome, great work. It will probably take some getting use to in the actual water but man I love the arm.

Update: so after realizing that the wireless PS2 controller signal would not easily travel though the tether i added two K8023. i did have some trouble hooking the K8023s to the PSC28A outputs but all is good now and every thing is happily working. sadly i did lose the ability to latter upgrade to PWM. As of now there are 17 relays all controlled buy a PS2 controller ( witch looks really cool, if were not making/using cool control surfaces why bother ?)


i do need to add a latching relay for the LEDs ... i could use a Arduino but it seams like a wast of a Arduino if its only being used to latch one relay
