Dive motor in the back tipped the unit up and down. And the cup is pretty flimsy not a deep diver.

Latest and greatest attempt initial water test went well so I preceded to finish it out. I will post some video as I get it tweaked into shape New Camera and control housings, Adjusted frame style, New dive motor mount set in the center of the unit, New light housings and design.<br />Added 2 Battery packs for camera and lights to avoid voltage drop problems with both.

It's looking pretty good... are you using blower motors for thrusters? if so how well do they work?

The motors are just ducted fans for RC planes brushed dc motors that can run around 10v.
I got them from Tower Hobbies http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wt ... LXSBF7&P=7.
With voltage drop down 100' of tether it works out about right.
