Webcam with RCA plug

Greetings ROV community! I need a suggestion for cheap and good camera with RCA plug. I would like to connect my camera to laptop with easycap, i've purchased 2 video baluns, now i need a webcam and easycap. Any suggestion! Steve ?! ( :) )
