Water tight hull breaches?

I'm curious what the best method of making sure your penetrations into the hull for cables, etc are water proofed, specifically at pressure. I'm looking to go 200-300 feet down in fresh water (Great Lakes) to explore ship wrecks just off the coast.

I worry that just simply JB welding the holes will not be sufficient at over 100 PSI.

The only ideas i've had so far are creating long path ways out the back of the cylinder to fill with a lot of Epoxy. I'm obviously looking for something a little more sophisticated if that exists!
