Here is how I connected my Arduino Nano's to the RS 485 modules.

I think there's a mistake in your diagram. For an RS485 circuit, A+ should connect to A+, and B- should connect to B-. There should be no crossover.

Yep got I it wrong. Checked my connections on the ROV and here is how it is actually connected.
