Anyone selling an ROV?

Hi everyone,
Im wondering if someone is selling their ROV... they seem way expensive for me in the shops starting from 1300 usd to infinity
and so called cheap ones seem like toys.
Im thinking some guys here will already have made few and are not using some of them and maybe want to sell it. I cant do the electric part otherwise was trying to make it myself but left the project soon after.
I want something small and simple (not quiet) need it to transmit good fullHD video on screen and have very good lighting, rest is irreverent... well maybe to have around 80meters tether and dive down the same depth
