I’m interested in building a Sea Fox ROV based on the plans available from the book "Build Your Own Underwater Robot and Other Wet Projects".

I would like it to be capable of reaching a depth of 165’ (50m) but not sure what additional considerations should be taken. For example, will the bulge pump thrusters still function at this depth?

Any insight would be much appreciated, thanks!

I know some people have gone to 100'. Check out the Thrusters page and projects. There's a few Seafox in the forum.
