Greetings form West Africa

Hi everybody
Boy, am I keen to get started with my next project. Am originally from Namibia and now working in West Africa (Sierra Leone)
I started building my own CNC router, then started to build multi-rotors. But found it sometimes difficult to get basic parts to I build my own 3d Printer. Being fond of fishing and the ocean, I now want to get involved in ROV. There's quite a few sunken sips and want to explore them a bit.
The Problem I have, there's often strong current, guess that explain why some ships sink!.
