Homebuilt ROVs Forum

Has anybody tried one of these in an ROV or plane/copter? I am looking for a new camera set up and want to record HD and fly my ROV off of the same camera.

My biggest concern is the ability for lower light it doesn't list a LUX spec. They make a very compact pan tilt for it that looks like it would work perfectly in my dome

Flight cameras don't tent to like low light conditions, though you will have lighting on your ROV?

GoPro's (especially the hero 3+) aren't known for their low light capabilities, though mine does just fine with additional lighting from the ROV
