Calculate power requirements

Hi,
I wonder if someone want to explain to me how you calculate the power requirements for a ROV project. I got the details of the T100 thrusters I would like to use but you wouldn't use them all at once in a 5 thruster setup, certainly not at maximum capacity. Not sure on how to tackle this really, I haven't figured out what lights to use still but I figure the thrusters are the main power drain.
I was planning on calculating what size of batteries I would need to be able to operate it over a reasonable amount of time if I choose to have batteries in the ROV. I found a calculator online that told me I needed a 200Ah battery but that was off course with max draw and that won't happen.
