Ritchie Navigation not helpful

Hello I know some of you use magnetic compasses with a camera looking at it and send live to your recordings or video monitor. Well I tried to get help from Ritchie Navigation who make great products. Their staff that I dealt with are very unhelpful and I would get other brands. I would go with Plath or Airguide or some other manufacturer than Ritchie.
