Hello there, my name is Vinicius and I'm from Brazil.
I'm doing a specialization course in Mechatronics, and I need build an underwater vehicle, I have approximately 5 to 6 months to do so.
I'm very very worried because I don't have much knowledge, experience, and tools to do what you are used to do. I don't have a workbench to make all confection and assembling.
Anyways, I'm very confident and motivated to the target, hope I can finish it.

Welcome Vinicius. Building an ROV in 5 to 6 months can be done. You will find lots of good info on the forum, and on Steves website.
