hello all,
every time i calculate the volume i need to be zero weight in water ,my ROV is always float and the motors can't make it down(the motors make a huge flow of water)
i need some advices about
1)calculating Fb,Fg and volume needed to make ROV zero weight
2)what are the properties of material of buoyancy ?
3)how to make sure that CM and CB on a one line?
thanks
want Bouyancy advices
Re: want Bouyancy advices
I know this isn't scientific, but I just added weight until it sank.

Hi,
Could it be that your foam/ ROV contains air to start with and then a lot of air in for example the foam gets replaced by water. With the result that the ROV is not neutral but negative, and so the motors are not strong enough anymore?
