Beautiful design! I think cable glands should work fine and you could use aluminum or plastic enclosures with o ring seals. What prop is that you are using? It looks like a really good size, did you modify it?

Thanks very much, and like the idea for the plastic enclosures, will try that.
The propeller is a 4 Blade 95mm OD boat prop I bought from "Cornwall Model Boats" and only modification I did was drilling increasing the through hole size to about 10mm and cut two small tags off the bottom. Unreal power from it through that Outrunner Motor!
