dc motor with prop on both ends ?

Post by Lost Bob »

I was wondering if anyone has come across a dc motor with a shaft long enough to put a prop on both ends ? I was playing with the idea for my 2 lateral thrusters.
I plan on using the following for my other thrusters ( 2 fwd/rvs and 2 up/down ) :

Turnigy D2836/11 750KV Brushless Outrunner Motor : http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/stor ... Motor.html
HobbyKing Brushless Car ESC 30A w/ Reverse : http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/stor ... 11742.html
Robbe 50 mm props ( both left and right ) : http://www.robbe.de/catalogsearch/resul ... &profile=1

I can't really finish my design until I figure this out; when I do I'll start a build thread.

Thanks Bob
