Im wondering ho much lumen would be enough?
I made a settup of 4 led 12v bulbs and connected to a battery.glued all joints and watertested it .works fine.but one of these give out 120 lumen.so all in all i have 480 lumen.is this enough?anyone?
Leds looks to be the way to go.one bulb takes 250 mili amps.so if i have four of them its only one amp.
Using a car battery 45 amps.so with all six thruster .only two running simoultanlesly.only 10 amps plus lights.not bad .

Re: How much lumen?
480 lumen is pretty good! Many SCUBA diving torches are in the 4-600 range.
What you will require really depends on the sensitivity of the camera you are using, as well as the water conditions.
That being said, I dont think you can have too much light, especially if you have multiple switches to turn the lights on/off in stages!
