Hello,
I'm designing an ROV with a master and slave arm, I'm planning to use the motor of a bilge pump (1100 GPH), I'm trying to know it's developed torque and max speed so that I could design the appropriate chassis for it. I've surfed the web looking for the motor's specs but couldn't find much info. if anyone could help me get these info or could instruct me how to approach this problem I'd be extremely grateful.
Thanks in advance

Re: bilge pump dc motor
In my project i used the 1100gph rule pump.wich is very strong for the size.
I converted it into thrusters with 50mm propellars. In my rov i have 6 of those.
And two running simoultanesly every time i flip a switc.
Converted to thruster ,one will give out ca5 amps.
More than enough for lets say your rov weigs under ten kilograms.
