Ok guys I was at Costco yesterday and ran across some serious cheap thrusters. There for a kids pool toy. Bumper boats. They have a huge prop and a guard and the best part is their already waterproof and they have a gearbox to max the thrust output. I bought three of them and will be doing testing. More to follow.

This is amazing. How much did you pay for them? What are the specs? Are they really that amazing green color?

The whole thing was like $22. It has two switches, a 8 d battery holder, and a small geared pump thy I'm going to use for a manipulator or camera tilt. The motors are gloss black.

Oh did I mention these are huge. The props are like 3 inch. And a single thruster was enough to pull me and my son around a pool. A lot of thrust

Considering these things are at least $50 on eBay, there might enough profit margin for you to sell some.
Just a thought.

My friend has one of those. How powerful are the motors (lb's of thrust) and what do they draw at 12v?
